Shipping Policy

  • Shipping Area: We currently ship to addresses within the state of Arkansas. We are working on expanding our delivery zones and will update our policy accordingly.
  • Shipping Schedule: To ensure maximum freshness, we harvest and ship orders on specific days of the week. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and shipped for next-day delivery where possible. Our goal is to have your vegetables arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours of leaving our farm.
  • Shipping Carrier & Rates: We use reliable local and national carriers to deliver your orders. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your delivery.
  • Delivery Instructions: Please provide any specific delivery instructions (e.g., “leave on the porch,” “deliver to the back door”) in the notes section at checkout. While we pass these instructions to our carriers, we cannot guarantee they will be followed. You are responsible for providing a safe and secure location for delivery.

Returns Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Fresh vegetables cannot be restocked or resold. This policy ensures that you always receive the freshest, safest produce directly from our farm.
