While we do not accept returns of perishable goods, we offer refunds or store credit in the following situations:

  • Product Quality Issues: If your produce arrives damaged, spoiled, or otherwise in a condition that you deem unsatisfactory.
  • Incorrect Items: If you receive items that you did not order.
  • Non-Delivery: If your order is confirmed as lost by the carrier and does not arrive at its destination.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

If your refund request is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (via Stripe) within 5-10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your card issuer.
